The Laboratory of Systems and Synthetic Biology at WUR addresses in an integrated way critical issues and novel biotechnological applications in the area Health & Food, Biobased Products and Environment. We carry out research activities broadly along four major themes: Computational Systems Biology, Semantic Systems Biology, Systems Health and Microbial Systems and Synthetic Biology.
